Retrying

I ran into a coyote yesterday with my little Great Dane friend. I thought I put her picture in my blog, but I must have been very tired!

I’ve seen her in the same area a couple of times. Once with a hurt back foot. She must have babies somewhere there because it’s a fairly high traffic part of the park.

She stopped right in front of us and I almost didn’t see her while watching my step! I called after a man walking by and we made some loud chat so she backed off.

She did follow for a while. She did not want that Great Dane there😂

No problem. Plenty of other places for a walk❤️

I wish they didn’t use those bait traps at Lakeview. She is probably catching all sorts of rodents around there at night. Probably poisoned ones at times. It’s great that the coyotes are welcomed there! If those boxes were gone it would be even better.
